If you have a general or case-specific questions regarding your family law matter you can often call the court clerk directly and get an immediate answer (or pointed in the right direction).  

Most courthouses have limited phone hours between 8:30am to 10:30am and 1:30pm to 3:30pm, but if you call during those time you can usually speak with someone quickly. 

Please note that filing windows at the courthouse locations are open during different hours.

If you have an existing case please make sure you have your case number ready when you call. For paternity actions (unmarried couples with children), the clerk will most likely not provided information over the phone if your case is confidential.
